Intro to Haven Class:
New to the reformer? This is where your Haven journey begins.
Intro to Haven is a beginner-friendly class designed for those who are brand new to reformer-based training or new to Haven’s class style. This class focuses on learning the fundamentals — including reformer setup, spring changes, basic positioning, and movement patterns — so you can feel confident, safe, and supported.
You’ll move at a slower, more intentional pace while still getting a full-body workout. Our instructors will walk you through proper form, breathing, and transitions, offering plenty of cues and modifications along the way.
We strongly recommend all first-time clients take Intro to Haven before attending our regular classes to ensure the best experience possible.

Haven Signature Class
Our signature strength-based reformer experience.
The Haven Signature Class is a full-body, strength-focused workout that blends traditional reformer exercises with modern strength training and endurance work. This class is athletic, intentional, and designed to challenge you while still being accessible.
Expect dynamic sequences, controlled movements, and thoughtfully programmed flows that target the entire body — all set to curated playlists that keep energy high and motivation strong.
This class is appropriate for all levels, with options provided to modify or progress each movement based on your experience, strength, and comfort level. Our small-group setting allows instructors to offer personalized cues so you can move safely and confidently.
