WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS:

Haven classes are strength-based reformer workouts designed to challenge and support you — no matter where you’re starting.

Although we use a traditional Pilates reformer, our classes are not traditional Pilates. Expect a modern, athletic approach that blends controlled reformer movements with strength training, endurance, and full-body conditioning. Classes are thoughtfully programmed, music-driven, and intentionally paced to help you feel strong, energized, and accomplished.

All Levels Are Welcome

Haven is designed for every body and every level. Every movement can be tailored with modifications, progressions, and spring adjustments so you can meet your body where it is each day. Whether you’re brand new to the reformer or have years of experience, our instructors guide you through options to ensure a safe, effective, and empowering workout.

New to the Reformer?

If you are brand new to reformer-based training, we strongly recommend starting with an Intro to Haven class before joining our regular sessions. This class is designed to walk you through reformer setup, foundational movements, and class flow so you feel confident, comfortable, and supported from day one.

Small Group, Intentional Coaching

Classes are kept small to allow for personalized instruction, hands-on cues, and intentional coaching. You’ll receive guidance throughout class while still moving at your own pace — all in a welcoming, encouraging environment.
